Ján Lučan to head ČSOB Corporate and Institutional Banking

The current executive director of the Legal Services division, Ján Lučan, will be replacing Marek Ditz as executive director of Corporate and Institutional Banking as of January 1, 2013. Marek Ditz will join ČSOB’s top management as of that day.
"I’m looking forward to the experiences I’ve gained so far contributing to the further development of corporate banking to the benefit of our clients,“ Ján Lučan said of the change.
Ján Lučan (*18.9.1972) is a graduate of the University of Economics, Prague, and the Law College of Charles University. Over the course of 15 years in banking he has worked in the areas of capitals markets, restructuring, divestments, legal services and special projects. He has been working in ČSOB since the year 2000. He is a member of the board of directors of the American Chamber of Commerce.
In his free time he enjoys skiing, Japanese culture and subatomic physics.
