The legal office Ambruz & Dark/Deloitte Legal has recently appointed Tomáš Babáček (34), Martin Bohuslav (31) and Petr Suchý (37) to the position of Associate Partner. As such, all of them have become part of the firm’s top management with the goal of significantly contributing to the additional development of Deloitte Legal not only in the Czech Republic but also in Central Europe and globally.
Tomáš Babáček specialises in EU and environmental law. He provides advisory services in the area of implementation and legislative regulations related to waste management, especially in the area of waste product collection. In addition, Tomáš focuses on the area of the financial engineering tools of European Union funds in the Czech Republic (city development funds), state (public) support and public tenders. Tomáš graduated from the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in Olomouc and received an LL.M. degree under the Pallas programme organised by the European Universities Consortium.
Martin Bohuslav focuses on the area of real estate and commercial law. He provides legal services related to real estate transactions, construction projects, leases, relocations and additional services in the construction and real estate industry. Martin graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno. At present, Martin is the leader of the real estate law team of Deloitte Legal Central Europe.
Petr Suchý principally specialises in commercial law, mergers and other company transformations and acquisitions. In addition, Peter focuses on financial law. He managed a wide range of significant restructuring projects and acquisition transactions for clients from most industries, namely the financial sector, real estate investments and manufacturing. Petr graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague.
