HomeCredit International signs for 5,000m2 of Premium-Class office space in The Tower at Spielberk Office Centre.
Spielberk Office Centre – HomeCredit International (HCI) has signed for 5,000 m2 of A-class office space at the newly constructed Tower at Spielberk Office Centre in Brno. HCI will move into its new offices in H1 2013 and will occupy 30% of The Tower’s total leasable area.
HCI is part of the HomeCredit Group, a leading provider of consumer financing in the markets of Central and Eastern Europe and Asia. HomeCredit Group belongs to the leading international financial group PPF.
HCI, a consulting and service company, is responsible for the development and operation of central applications for critical business activities. More than 400 IT specialists will work at the Spielberk Tower, from where they will provide IT and risk management services to HomeCredit entities across CEE and Asia.
