Pedersen & Partners takes over Dr. Rantasa Consulting in Austria

Pedersen & Partners, a leading international Executive Search firm, has taken over the Austrian search firm Rantasa Consulting expanding their capabilities in Austria and the DACH region. Dr. Rantasa will work alongside existing Country Manager, Kristian Pedersen as Co-Country Managers for Pedersen & Partners in Austria. The teams, client relationships, databases and office locations will be merged during March.
Prior to Pedersen & Partners taking over her firm, Dr. Rantasa has built an established and reputable career in Executive Search. For more than a decade, she owned and managed her own Executive Search firm, Dr. Rantasa Consulting. Before opening her own firm, she was a Partner and Vice President at Korn/Ferry International and a Partner at Neumann International.
