Martin Špička, Senior Associate, will co-head the dynamically growing Corporate/ M&A practice group and Michal Dejmek, Senior Associate, will head the Prague Employment practice group.
Martin Špička, Senior Associate, will co-head the dynamically growing Corporate/ M&A practice group. He brings more than twelve years of experience in Czech and international law firms specializing in the area of corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, commercial and EU law. In addition to his transactional expertise Martin also has extensive experience in the areas of dispute resolution (including international arbitration) and restructuring & insolvency. Prior to joining Bird & Bird he worked in for nine years at Weinhold Legal in Prague.
Michal Dejmek, Senior Associate, will head the Prague Employment practice group. Apart from his expertise in all aspects of employment law he also has strong experience in advising on corporate, commercial and civil law matters. As a part of his practice, he also advises on the employment side of various corporate/M&A transactions. He brings almost twelve years of experience in advising local and international clients in various matters related to their Czech operations. Prior to joining Bird & Bird he worked for seven years at Allen & Overy in Prague.
