UniCredit Bank: 2013 as the year of mortgage loans refinancing and debts optimalization

Up to 6 out of 10 Czechs who have taken a mortgage in the past may change their financing bank this year. In practice there is up to 100.000 clients ending their three-year of five-year fixed term mortgage in 2013. UniCredit Bank will provide those people interested in refinancing competitive interest rates immediately and will guarantee them until the end of this year.
