Essensia restaurant has prepared for all fans during Healthy Week a special Winter Detox and Vegetarian menu. Choose from light starters such as seared tuna and Nicoise salad, then continue with poached halibut fillet with spinach, snow peas and seafood nage. Finish the meal with low-fat roasted banana cheese cake with raspberry coulis.
