CTP in final stages for June Move-in of GEODIS

GEODIS takes over 3,600 m2 of newly built CTOffice space in Brno’s centre. GEODIS, headquartered in Brno, is a leading European company in the fields of geodesy, photogrammetry and remote sensing. With over 460 specialists GEODIS GROUP is active in 6 countries and provide the complete spectrum of services in the fields of geodesy, land registry, photogrammetry and GIS.
Expanding operations in Brno, GEODIS chose CTOffice Brno because of its large floor plans, high quality construction, energy saving technologies, central location, and the campus like environment of the CTOffice design. Their new space will include offices and showrooms to promote their latest technologies, and will primarily be used for software development, administrative support for their international offices and R&D. On May 1st CTP will begin customisations in order for the premises to be ready for June move-in.
The new office space extends GEODIS cooperation with CTP. Early in 2012, GEODIS moved into CTP's unique CTBox, to use as a repair centre for high-tech optical and geodesic surveying equipment. CTOffice and CTBox facilities are found exclusively in the CTZone development 3 minutes walk from the Vankova shopping centre. CTZone provides a unique campus-like environment, interior streets with pedestrian pathways, on-site park management and 24/7 security, ideally suited for a dynamic mix of small to medium sized businesses like GEODIS.
