Last week Coalesse was presented for the first time to the large public at the Salone Internazionale del Mobile in Milano. The Salone is the most relevant furniture fair on a global scale, welcoming this year over 325.000 visitors, 68% of them being professionals coming from over 160 countries.
We are pleased to say that the response of the public and the press was very good and we are very pleased with the first results. Visitors understood the Coalesse mission of improving people's life at the fluid intersection between life and work and the response on the products was very positive!
We have had an amazing week in Milan and were honored to have our designers there with us.
We had fireworks of enthusiasm from the sparkling Patricia Urquiola and laid back Jean-Marie Massaud as they introduced their new collections with us. Although Hosu by Patricia Urquiola is already famous, it continued to grab the attention of the press and inspire people to work in a more relaxed posture, closer to the floor. Jean-Marie previewed the Massaud Collection - which includes a beautifully crafted lounge inspired by the first class flying experience.
We also introduced Lagunitas by Toan Nguyen, a Milan based French designer who designed a collection that creates a third place vibe anywhere. The lounge collection features a smart articulating back that delighted people at the fair.
Designers Scott Wilson, Emilia Borgthorsdottir and Stephan Copeland also joined us as part of our family of designers to share the insights of their products that were also on display throughout the stand.
Our time has been so inspirational as we shared our passion to provide solutions for work and life integration with great people.
