Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL) is pleased to announce that Deka Immobilien GmbH has completed its acquisition of Jungmannova Plaza, a landmark office building in a Prague's city centre.

The Seller was the Austrian-based Immoeast AG.
Completed in 2004, the building comprises approximately 10,000 sqm of prime office accommodation and is 100% leased to blue chip international occupiers including: ABN Amro, Clifford Chance, Patria Finance, The European Communities and Parliament, Johnson & Johnson, and the Czech law firm Kocián, Šolc, Balaštík.
The building occupies a prominent location in the central business district of Prague 1, a historical UNESCO-protected location with very limited opportunity for further large scale commercial development.
