Radish cold soup_recipe

Very easy and refreshing summer recipe. Highly recommended!
Ingredients:
- 500 g of low-fat white yoghurt
- 6 large radishes
- ½ lemon
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 stems of fresh dill
- Quality olive oil for decoration
- Salt to taste
Directions:
- Blend the yoghurt, radishes, dill and garlic in a blender.
- Add a small amount of cold water to get the right thickness.
- Season with lemon juice and salt.
- Chill in a refrigerator and serve in a soup bowl.
Serving suggestions:
Garnish with radish slices sprinkled with quality olive oil.
