Radish cold soup_recipe

Very easy and refreshing summer recipe. Highly recommended!

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of low-fat white yoghurt
  • 6 large radishes
  • ½ lemon
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 stems of fresh dill
  • Quality olive oil for decoration
  • Salt to taste

 

Directions:

  1. Blend the yoghurt, radishes, dill and garlic in a blender.
  2. Add a small amount of cold water to get the right thickness.
  3. Season with lemon juice and salt.
  4. Chill in a refrigerator and serve in a soup bowl.

 

Serving suggestions:

Garnish with radish slices sprinkled with quality olive oil.
