On Saturday, 1st June 2013, Czech Airlines launched its direct scheduled flights from Prague to Seoul in South Korea. The airlines’ long-haul Airbus A330-300 currently operates the Prague – Seoul/Incheon route twice a week, on Saturdays and Sundays.
From 2nd July 2013, Czech Airlines adds a third frequency, leaving Prague on Tuesdays and returning from Seoul on Thursdays.
Together with its strategic partner, Korean Air, Czech Airlines will operate seven return flights a week between Prague and Seoul from the start of the summer break. Alongside with Seoul, the long-haul Airbus A330-300, a new acquisition of the Czech Airlines’ fleet, services selected flights to Almaty, Moscow and Tel Aviv.
On 1st June 2013, Czech Airlines has also resumed operations on its Prague – Munich route. Passengers may thus choose from up to three flights a day, serviced by an ATR 72 and ATR 42 types of aircraft.
