New Team Leader in division IT and Telco at Hays

Dillon Werry has recently joined Hays to work as Team Leader for IT and Telecommunications division. Dillon has a history in recruitment and executive search across the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He worked for two years as Consultant then Senior Consultant for Key6 Business Solutions, recruiting largely in IT and finance in Slovakia.
He placed numerous candidates on vacancies such as programmers, developers, project managers, analysts as well as financial reporting specialists, finance analysts and controllers. He then moved to the Czech Republic and after a short period in real estate, he returned to recruitment and later executive search. Joining Hofírek Consulting as Senior Consultant in 2009, he built up the IT recruitment department, acquired numerous clients in the field as well as other sectors, placing programmers, developers, project managers, BI Specialists, IT Key Account Managers. He was promoted to Branch Manager in 2010 leading a team of 4 recruitment consultants in IT, FMCG and industry and later Pharma. He joins Hays to lead the IT recruitment team, he is delighted to meet the team of 3 recruitment consultants and 2 researchers. He is looking forward to bringing added value and success to Hays.
