Lifebelt in Tax Proceedings” – this is the name of a new website under the domain www.danove-spory.cz (only in a Czech version). The purpose of the website is to help companies find solutions to tax-related disputes with the government and dealings with Tax Offices.
The new website is predominantly aimed at those who are not familiar with the strategy of dealing with authorities and who do not have the necessary knowledge of and experience in the tax legislation. The website provides visitors with current judicature, news from the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic and the General Financial Administration of the Czech Republic, forthcoming tax legislation, information about the course of proceedings and advice on how to proceed in various situations to solve tax issues.
