Jakub Hájek has become the new leader of the team focusing on personal data protection legislation (PDP) at Ambruz & Dark/Deloitte Legal.
Jakub graduated from the Faculty of Law and Faculty of Social Studies of Masaryk University in Brno. Jakub specialises in personal data protection, labour law and corporate law. In respect of personal data protection, Jakub participated in a number of projects for both domestic and international clients involving, for example, the review of compliance of personal data processing with legal regulations and the setting of contractual relations between the data administrator and the data processor, legal advisory concerning the cross-border transfers of personal data, including non-EU jurisdictions, assistance with registration with the Personal Data Protection Office and legal advisory concerning the monitoring of employees.
