The Ambruz & Dark and Deloitte Legal Law Offices Have Merged

The co-operating law firms of Ambruz & Dark, advokáti, s.r.o. and Deloitte Legal s.r.o., advokátní kancelář have merged. The new company’s business name will be Ambruz & Dark Deloitte Legal s.r.o., advokátní kancelář.
“It is another step in intensifying the co-operation between colleagues who render services in the area of taxes, accounting, audit, and financial and corporate advisory, which will result in a full and high-quality expansion of our services and enable us better to respond to the needs of our clients. The legal team to which our clients are accustomed will continue to be at their disposal and, as a result of the merger, the team will be expanded by additional experienced professionals. As such, one of the largest law offices in the Czech Republic will be created based on the merger,” said the Partner of the Ambruz & Dark Deloitte Legal law firm, Vladimír Ambruz.
