KPMG German Desk, a team providing services to German speaking clients, was strengthened by Andreas Schwarzhuber.
Andreas Schwarzhuber (32) is a new Manager at KPMG German Desk. He joins the current team of experts which has been successfully providing services to clients from German speaking countries for several years. His main focus will be on performing audit services and supporting tax and other advisory services KPMG supplies to these companies.
Andreas Schwarzhuber started his professional career at KPMG in Germany in 2007; in 2013 he was promoted to Manager. He specialises in audit according to IFRS as well as the German Commercial Code (HGB). He has extensive experience with implementing and auditing internal control systems and in IT-based audit. He has performed audit for family business owners as well as for companies traded on German stock markets and has worked for clients from the industrial and services sectors.
Andreas Schwarzhuber graduated from the University of Regensburg in 2007, gaining the Dipl.-Kaufmann degree (equivalent to MBA) in financial accounting and auditing and in taxation. He is a member of the German Chamber of Tax Advisors, the Chamber of Auditors and the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
In his free time, Andreas Schwarzhuber enjoys alpine skiing (he is a volunteer ski instructor), hiking in the mountains and travelling.
