EY in the Czech Republic at new location

8.01.2014
Company: EY

The leading international audit and advisory company EY has announced that, as of 1 January 2014, it has relocated its headquarters and is now operating in the new premises of the Florentinum administrative complex.

The Florentinum is a development project run by the Penta investment group. It is located in Prague 1 on Na Florenci Street. It is one of the largest, most modern and ecologically advanced buildings in the Czech Republic. Among other things it received the LEED gold level certificate for green buildings.

“The move to new premises is an important milestone for us. We chose the Florentinum with expansion in mind, since the 8,000 square metres we had at our disposal at Charles Square would not have sufficed over the long term. In the Florentinum we are renting more than 9,000 square metres. We looked for modern, flexible premises with high technical standards. It was also crucial for us that the premises be suitable for teamwork. Another important factor when reaching a decision was an excellent locality and good leasing conditions,” said Magdalena Soucek, Country Managing Partner, EY Czech Republic.
