NEW COCKTAIL CREATIONS AT CLOUD 9 SKY BAR & LOUNGE

The first sky bar in Prague Cloud 9 comes up with its brand-new cocktail creations. Besides the well-known cocktails of the famous master bartender Roman Uhlíř, who was launching the Cloud 9 concept, guests are now welcome to taste Cloud Shaker and Cloud Party – both intended to be shared with friends.

The bestsellers “Charisma” and “Extravaganza” both on top of the hit parade with more than 5,000 of each sold over the five months of operations, are now getting excelled of the latest creations. “Good news for those who like to spend their evening with friends, these cocktail creations are meant for sharing,” explains Zdeněk Záliš, Head Bartender of Cloud 9 sky bar & lounge.

The Cloud Shaker, a selection of shots, served in a shaker and a glass bowl full of ice, offers five different flavors. The “Charleston” with dark rum, apricot liqueur and lime juice for those who like it fruity, the “Naked Cloud” with vodka, crème de cassis and pineapple juice or the “Red Snapper” with good Canadian whiskey – just to name the highlights.

The Cloud Party, a selection of cocktails served in a 1,5 liter pitcher to share, is another highlight of the new cocktail menu. Guests can select from 5 unique mixtures, such as “Sea Breeze” with vodka, cranberry and grapefruit juice, “Pimm’s” based on Pimm’s No. 1 or “Horse’s Neck Highball”, with cognac, ginger ale and angostura bitter.

“In spite of the wide range of cocktails, there are still people who are not sure what to drink,” comments Zdeněk Záliš. „These guests can either rely on our professional bartenders to mix a drink based on their hints or take advantage of our new gimmick, Cloud 9 sky bar & lounge dices.” Bar visitors can throw four dices with various drink ingredients and qualities and based on the outcome, skilled Cloud 9 barmen will create a unique cocktail.  “Our guests really enjoy it, they become interactive with the barmen and there is always a lot of fun around this gimmick,” adds Zdeněk.
