The biggest deal in Business Park Rudná signed: 25,000 sqm for Sportisimo

The Industrial Agency of Jones Lang LaSalle has successfully signed the largest lease agreement in Business Park Rudná totalling 25,000 sqm.
Sportisimo, the operator of the biggest network of sports retail stores in the Czech Republic, has re-negotiated and extended its current lease agreement for 13,500 sqm of industrial space and has expanded by an additional 11,500 sqm, thus creating the largest logistics hub of the company for the Czech Republic and Slovakia in Business Park Rudná. With a total of 25,000 sqm, Sportisimo has become the biggest tenant within the park.
