Business Park Rudná continues to retain and attract more tenants
Prague, 11 February 2014 – The Industrial Agency of Jones Lang LaSalle has successfully signed additional lease agreements in Business Park Rudná:
New Zealand company WYMA Europe, an importer, manufacturer, distributor and post-harvest vegetable handling equipment service provider, has leased over 1,800 sqm of warehouse and office space in Business Park Rudná. The company is thus relocating the seat of its Czech representation from Slaný.
Toyota Material Handling CZ, the vendor and service provider of forklifts and warehouse equipment, has repeatedly prolonged its lease of 4,500 sqm of warehouse and office space.
“Toyota Material Handling has had its seat in Business Park Rudná since 2001 and has recently extended its lease in Rudná. The total lease period will exceed 20 years, which proves that the park is maintaining its high standards and the location continues to be prime and strategic. At the same time, we are also doing our best to build the same long-term relationships with new tenants such as WYMA,” comments Milan Korbelář, Associate Director, Industrial Agency at Jones Lang LaSalle.
