Peter Wells – Head of EY Transaction Advisory Services in the Czech Republic

Peter Wells has been appointed as the Head of Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) for EY in the Czech Republic. His main role will be to continue to grow EY’s TAS business by developing new services and sector teams. Peter is taking over from Vladislav Severa who will now focus on his responsibilities as Head of Transaction Advisory Services in Central and Southeast Europe.

Peter, who is based in Prague, began his career in the UK and moved to the Czech Republic in 1996. Peter is a seasoned transaction practitioner who has worked extensively throughout Central Europe providing transaction advisory services to major international and domestic clients. His main expertise is in private equity and is EY’s Private Equity Leader in Central and Southeast Europe. Peter is a graduate of the University of Leicester and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). He is married with two children.
