MIPIM 2014: CTP Exhibits with City of Ostrava

CTP will be presenting at MIPIM in cooperation with the city of Ostrava, Czech Republic, booth 8.20, 10.19, level 01 of the Palais des Festivales. CTP is pleased to present the investment opportunities in Ostrava, where over 10 years CTP developed the award winning 80 ha CTPark Ostrava, home to over 50 international investors such as GE Money Bank, ABB, DHL, Brembo and others.
Also in Ostrava, CTP developed its IQ Ostrava premium office park, which was fully leased to software powerhouse Tieto and which recently was certified BREEAM Excellent.
On Thursday, 13th March, CTP CEO Remon Vos will be delivering a keynote speech at Logistics and Property: Drivers and Booming Places program at 12:00 in the Orange Room, level -1 of the Palais de Festival, focusing on market trends and continuing opportunities in the rapidly developing 'high tech' Czech Republic.
