Business Services in Czech is a large contributor to the Czech economy with an estimated 150 firms and over 50,000 employees in the sector.
Jonathan is the Director of PwC's Academy in the Czech Republic and, as one of the founding members of the Association, has been at the forefront of the development of ABSL. " We launched ABSL in Autumn last year and have already signed up 30 of the biggest firms in the country as members - representing over 10,000 employees in Business Services. These members include many of the biggest international investors in the country together with some of the leading Czech national firms. This is a really significant start and shows the need for such a body to support and drive the business services sector in the Czech Republic and abroad. We have already had a significant impact on the perception of Czech Business Services both within the country and internationally and are involved in discussions with several significant new investors into the country. Our mission is to help show that Czech is a natural destination for the highest quality services for both international and domestic firms - the sector continues to grow at over 20% per year and is a real Czech success story, that we aim to tell.
