According to a global survey done among more than 7 000 companies, companies with engaged employees have:

Study is based on Aon Hewitt established methodology. Data collected from questionnaires for employees, top management and HR department determine the engagement level and enable further analysis of factors which influence it. Best Employers Study runs in Czech Republic every year since 2003.

Timeline:

- Completing the surveys: according to individual agreement (usually between January and September)

PARTICIPATION FEE 14 900 CZK

*Participation fee of 14 900,-CZK covers costs of basic participation in the study. This fee is not included in price of additional packages (as seen below) and is compulsory for all participating companies. Each participant enrolled into Best Employers Study is eligible to order Basic Package for free.
