Jones Lang LaSalle is pleased to announce that its Tenant Representation department assisted Hewlett-Packard, global provider of IT technologies, in securing an advantageous lease agreement for office premises in the BB Centrum project.
Petr Kareš, Head of Tenant Representation at Jones Lang LaSalle, commented: “Hewlett-Packard turned to us requesting the evaluation of their current lease terms and assessment of the existing opportunities found on the market. Our team prepared a list of all possible alternatives in Prague and contrasted their parameters with the requirements of the client, as well as the existing lease conditions.”
After many negotiations, however, Jones Lang LaSalle managed to negotiate such a lease for 7,800 sqm in the current seat of HP in building C of the project BB Centrum that, despite the opportunities available on the market, it became the most profitable option.
Jan Mechl, Senior Consultant, Jones Lang LaSalle, added: “Our knowledge of the local market, together with years of experience, granted us a strong position during negotiations and enabled us to agree above standard lease conditions, with the best quality for price ratio.”
Building C of the project BB Centrum offers seven above ground floors and two basements for large high-quality offices spread over 12,780 sqm, as well as 206 parking places. The building was the first structure to be built as part of the future project BB Centrum and Hewlett-Packard was, at the time, its first tenant.
