It is our pleasure to introduce you our new Executive Chef Karel Hynek, who prepares for you together with his team real exquisite dainties of the taste of French cuisine as well as traditional Czech cuisine in modern lite form for you. The accent of the choice and variation of dishes will be focused on quality of products and seasonal offer.
Karel Hynek came as an experienced Chef from 4* and 5* hotels in Prague with previous long term experience from England.
