Marta Šumerová awarded the Young Managerial Talent of the year 2008!

Marta Šumerová (before Šnoblová, 30 years), who was a general manager of TOP HOTELS GROUP a.s. till the end of the year 2008 (now on maternity leave), was awarded “the Young Managerial Talent to 35 yeas” in the prestigious Manager of Year 2008 competition. The official award ceremonial took place on 16 April 2009 at Žofin Palace.
Marta Šumerová became the finalist of this competition already before, when she competed in the ACCOMODATION, CATERING AND TOURISM category. Marta Šumerová has been the head of TOP HOTEL Praha since August 2004. In March 2006, she also became the general manager of the newly opened ALBION HOTEL. Beginning from 2002, the company regularly ranks among the CZECH TOP 100 businesses. In 2008 it achieved the best position in history – TOP HOTELS GROUP a.s. was awarded the 17th best company among all companies in the Czech Republic, and it was also awarded one of seven best companies in the travel industry. Apart from other awards, Marta Šumerová received the prestigious “Lady Pro” award in 2005 and she is also the winner of many polls and surveys.
