“White and Green Asparagus”, the “Family Wellness Day & Brunch”, the “World of Strawberries” as well as the “Prime Beef Days” are the culinary highlights in May and June. On top of the above themed offerings, Hilton Prague restaurants including CzecHouse Grill & Rotisserie and Café Bistro are launching their spring menus.

Our menus are updated twice per year, in spring and in autumn focusing on the enhancement the regular offerings with seasonal freshest ingredients.
Leon Malik, Hilton Prague Chef de Cuisine comments: “When we discuss the seasonal touch to our menus with chefs we must be aware of what raw ingredients are at their best for us to exploit to full advantage with dishes that suite the season, with ingredients that can be found most of the year around. 60% of ingerdients we use for starters, salads, soups and desserts are seasonal. The spring menu dishes will be enhanced with fresh spinach, peas, carrots, broccoli, zuccini, strawberries or cherries and other seasonal vegetables and fruits.“

• Clear Tomato Broth with Smoked Mozzarella Ravioli

• Marinated Strawberries in Palava Sweet Wine and Pannacotta Ice Cream

• Rucola, Cherry Tomato and Parmesan Flakes Salad Drizzled with Valentini Extra Virgin Oil and 12year Old Balsamic Vinegar
• Market Vegetable Soup with Aromatic Herb Pesto
• Penne with Spring Vegetable ,Cherry Tomato and Aged Pecorino Cheese
• Peach Summer Pudding with Muscat Syrup and Peppermint Sorbet
Café Bistro is popular especially for business lunches both among hotel guests as well as local clients, it is open round the clock with a large selection of dishes available during night.

Prime Beef Days

Well proven CzecHouse favourite, Beef, becomes the highlight or our June promotion. We are coming up with a selection of the best beef such as Limousine beef, U.S. Prime beef, Argentinean and Irish Black Angus beef.
Sample selection of the Beef menu includes:
• Hand-Chopped Beef Tartare with Balsamic Reduction
• Spit Roasted Limousine Rib Eye Flavored with Old Mustard and Black Peppercorn
• Tenderloin, Beef Sirloin or Beef Rib Eye Steak
Additionally, a seven course degustation menu based on beef has been created at CZK 1895 per person.
