Welcome to the July CTPark Network briefing, which provides quick and up-to-date information about new deals signed, new projects under construction as well as space available.
New Deals
The following is a list of selected deals which have been signed since the beginning of June, 2014. We signed new contracts totalling 71,694 m2 and we have agreed future leases totalling 10,126 m2 during the period.
- At CTPark Ostrava, GEBRÜDER WEISS, ABB and XLMX signed for extension contacts totalling 7,838 m2;
- CTZone welcomes a new client, GESIPA, who signed for a CTBox totalling 944 m2;
- And at CTPark Pardubice, Global Logistics Solutions signed for an extension totalling over 4,000 m2.
Available Space
Below is a selection of space currently available at various locations throughout the Network.
- CTPark Plzeň: we have a warehouse/production unit available of approx. 5,500 m2 and we are building new CTBox units, with 3 more coming available from Q4/2014.
- In Brno, we can provide our clients with 44,500 m2 of industrial space in CTFlex or CTSpace units at CTPark Brno, and with several CTBox units remaining in the centre city CTZone Brno.
- CTPark Pohořelice: we have 3 customisable units available totalling approx. 19,000 m2
- CTPark Ostrava: we have available units of approx. 20,000 m2 (CTFlex, CTSpace) and we are currently constructing additional CTBox units due to local demand, 5 units are currently available.
- CTPark Hranice: we have CTFit units starting from 1,740 m2 and CTSpace unit of approx. 5,000 m2 available
- We have land available for construction at CTPark Žatec, CTPark Cerhovice and CTPark Hrušky
