Hogan Lovells Prague Managing Partner Miroslav Dubovský Joins Weinhold Legal

Weinhold Legal has strengthened its team with the arrival of new partner, Miroslav Dubovský, who joins Weinhold Legal as the former managing partner of Hogan Lovells Prague, following Hogan Lovells departure from Prague. The combination of Miroslav Dubovský´s excellent skills and experience with Weinhold Legal’s strong team will ensure the continuation of top quality legal services to the numerous clients serviced by Miroslav and Hogan Lovells in Prague.

Miroslav spent more than 20 years of his professional career working with international law firms in Prague. He focuses his practice mainly on mergers and acquisitions including private equity and property law. He is also a highly-regarded international commercial arbitration lawyer.

As an extensively experienced transactional lawyer, handling complex national and cross-border deals, Miroslav has acted in numerous corporate, finance, corporate real estate and innovative transactions, including project finance and public-private partnership projects.

Miroslav's excellent knowledge of Czech law is an invaluable asset in his capacity as an international commercial arbitration lawyer having represented clients in number of disputes including disputes under bilateral investment treaties. He also regularly sits as an arbitrator.
