CBRE becomes the market leader in the commercial property management in Moravia

November will see the completion of Fryda Shopping Centre, bringing to Frýdek-Místek a wide range of shops and services which the city has lacked to date. CBRE provides the full management of the centre, including leasing, making the company the leader in the commercial property management in Moravia. CBRE manages Frýda Shopping Centre on behalf of, Euro Mall FM a.s., a joint venture between TK development and Gemo Olomouc.

An additional 14,932 sq m of retail space is being delivered to Frýdek-Místek

The new shopping centre will offer shops of famous brands, including Orsay, H&M, Lee, H.I.S, Reserved and Gate as well as Euronics, the consumer electronics retailer, book retailer Neo Luxor, drugstore chain DM and a BILLA supermarket. Other shops and services will include the toy shop POMPO, (SBERBANK), restaurants and relaxation areas for sports and social activities.  Customers wish to have the widest range of shops and services under one roof and that is exactly what the new centre offers. With the completion of the shopping centre the city of Frýdek-Místek will also gain a landscaped river bank available to residents for use at their leisure. In addition, the new Polárka sports centre is under construction adjacent to the shopping centre.

This is the thirteenth shopping centre managed by CBRE Czech Republic. In Moravia CBRE manages Šantovka, Futurum Ostrava, Retail Park Haná in Olomouc and Retail Park Ostrava. 

The Asset Services (AS) departments manage over 1,230,000 sq m of commercial space, including 26 retail projects, 52 office buildings, 12 industrial properties and 96 residential and mixed use properties.
