Traffic Development at Václav Havel Airport Prague

In July 2014, a total of 1,226,447 passengers took off from or landed at Václav Havel Airport Prague. This figure represents a slight decrease in volume when compared with the same period of last year. The overall number of movements was recorded at 12,521. There were 10.31% more passengers travelling aboard low cost carriers this July than in July 2013, while full service carriers experienced a minor decrease of passengers when comparing the two periods of time. Charter flights recorded 2.77% more passengers year-on-year.

In July 2014, the greatest number of passengers travelled to/from Greece, Great Britain and Germany. The three most popular destinations based on passenger volumes were Paris/CDG, Frankfurt and Moscow/Sheremetyevo.
