Remon L. Vos Recognised as RICS Fellow

We are very proud to announce that CTP's CEO Mr Remon L. Vos was welcomed as an eminent member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) on Thursday September 4, 2014, at the Thirsty Thursday event held for members of the real estate industry.
Presented by Stuart Jordan FRICS, Chairman of RICS Czech Republic and Head of Capital Markets at JLL, Remon was welcomed as a fellow to the institution in recognition of the company’s adoption of good practice guidelines and professionalism and his personal long-term contribution to the real estate market and economy of the Czech Republic.
Remon founded CTP back in 1998 and since then turned into number 1 on the Czech market. With over 2 million m2 of rentable area, CTP is the 8th largest developer in Europe and 4th largest logistics developer of logistics properties in Europe.
Fellowship is a mark of distinction recognised by RICS members, professionals and the public as denoting the highest standards of success, achievement and expertise in real estate. Fellows are leaders in their field, people who have undertaken notable projects or made a special contribution to the profession.
