Centrum zdraví Smíchov just about leased – next phases are being prepared

Jones Lang LaSalle is pleased to announce that till this day 2,055 sq m of doctors’ surgeries have already been leased from a total of 2,465 sq m offered in Centrum zdraví Smíchov, a project developed by Medifin.

“We are currently negotiating with potential tenants regarding the remaining space in the building. The current feedback leads us to believe that the entire project will be pre-leased prior to being completed. From the very beginning Medifin had a vision of providing doctors and patients of the Kartouzská health centre with premises that would improve the quality of the services offered. However, one building is not enough to achieve this goal. We would like to further broaden the spectrum of services offered at the health centre. Thanks to the success of the first phase; we can now, together with Medifin, launch the development of the next phases. It is planned that approximately 8,000 sq m will be developed in 4 phases.
