Since the beginning of September CTP signed new contracts totalling 41,102 m2 and we have agreed future leases totalling 15,863 m2.
New Deals
The following is a selection of deals which have been signed since the beginning of September, 2014. During the period, we signed new contracts totalling 41,102 m2 and we have agreed future leases totalling 15,863 m2.
- At CTZone Brno, Würth, Madfinger, AG Foods and Elec signed altogether for 2,915 m2 bringing the vacancy down significantly
- At CTPark Modřice, our long-term client IFE prolonged the lease and expanded,
- As has also DHL at CTPark Pohořelice
Available Space
Below is a selection of space currently available at various locations throughout the Network.
- CTPark Hrušky: we have CTFit and CTSpace unit available, starting from approx. 5,000 m2
- In Brno, we can provide our clients with 35,327 m2 of industrial space in CTFlex or CTSpace units at CTPark Brno
- Due to high demand by smaller operators, we are constructing additional CTBox units in both CTPark Plzeň and CTPark Ostrava, with sizes available from 450 m2.
