JLL expands its Office Agency team

Two new joiners have recently strengthened the Office Agency team at JLL in Prague: Matej Jambrich as a Senior Consultant and Nikol Ptáčníková as a Junior Consultant.
Matej Jambrich (36) joins the Office Agency as a Senior Consultant. He is responsible for the marketing and leasing activities of various projects in Prague and co-operates with both developers and tenants, advising on leasing issues and preparing marketing and media plans. Currently, he is acting on behalf of landlords such as: AEW, AXA REIM, Erste Group Immorent, J&T Real Estate, Penta, Sachsen Fonds, amongst others.
Before joining JLL, Matej was the General Manager of Regus Empiria Prague. He was responsible for the biggest Regus Business Center in the Czech Republic, as well as selling the worldwide network of the flexible offices provided to Czech clients. Apart from real estate, Matej´s experience also covers the Hospitality business in which he worked in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and the USA.
Matej gained his Master degree in Business Economy and Management at the University of Prešov in Slovakia. He is keen on sports and music.
Nikol Ptáčníková (25) has joined JLL as a Junior Consultant in the Office Agency team. Currently, she is leasing properties on behalf of developers and landlords such as BPD development, Invesco, Karimpol, Lighthouse and PPF Real Estate. She is also responsible for the marketing of various office projects.
Prior to joining JLL, Nikol has lived and worked in Germany, Turkey and the UK. Over the last four years, she worked as a Sales Assistant in World Duty Free at Heathrow airport in London where she has gained an EDI Certificate in customer service at the Heathrow Academy. Nikol studied at the Prague Dance Conservatory. Her hobbies include sport, cooking and travelling.
