CTP signed new contracts totalling 22,866 m2 and we have agreed future leases totalling 7,690 m2.
New Deals
The following is a selection of deals which have been signed since our September mailing, during which period we signed new contracts totalling 22,866 m2 and we have agreed future leases totalling 7,690 m2.
- At CTPark Bor, long-term client Schenker prolonged its lease of appx. 13,500 m2, confirming the park's location near the German border as ideal for cross-border logistics,
- At CTPark Ostrava, Stahlgruber took over appx. 1,000 m2 in the newly finished CTBox units, demonstrating the appeal of these flexible, smaller-sized units to international players,
- At CTPark Jihlava we continue to reduce vacancy to a minimum, through a deal with Jipocar who signed for appx 3,400 m2
- In CTPark Plzen, Zodiac Aerospace chose to expand its current footprint by appx. 1,500 m2
Available Space
Below is a selection of space currently available at various locations throughout the Network.
- In CTPark Ostrava, the newly completed CTBox units are still available, though with new clients coming to realise the benefits of these multi-purpose facilities starting from 375 m2
- Also in CTPark Ostrava, CTSpace logistics & warehouse facilities are available from appx. 3,500 m2; and we have CTFlex production space available from appx 1,000 m2
- At CTPark Jihlava, we have only one more CTFlex unit available of appx. 1,700 m2;
- At the high-tech hub, CTPark Brno, we have both CTSpace and CTFit units available ranging in size from nearly 7,000 m2 to over 12,000 m2
- and at CTPark Bor, we have one newly available CTSpace unit of appx. 16,700 m2
