Tomáš Beránek will lead the High Street Retail Team

CBRE, the world's leader in the commercial real estate sector, announces expanding activity in the High Street Retail business. Tomáš Beránek was named the Head of High Street Retail and Tenant Representation. Tomáš Beránek has extensive experience with international brands (Foot Locker, Mango, Reserved, Deichmann, Samsung, Vodafone and many others), premium and luxury retailers (Pandora, Michael Kors, Swarovski, Kering Group, Tosca Blu and others) and has negotiated their premises on the most exclusive streets in Prague (Pařížská Street, Na Příkopě, Václavské náměstí) and prime retail locations across the Czech Republic.

Tomáš has operated in the market for more than 8 years and he will cooperate with other CBRE colleagues across the world to bring new international brands and retailers to the Czech market.

His main role will be leasing of retail space on high streets of Prague (Na Příkopě, Václavské nám., Pařížská..), Brno (Česká, Masarykova..) and other cities (e.g. Karlovy Vary).

Tomáš graduated from the University of Economics in Prague and studied also at the University of Stirling. Tomáš spends the majority of his spare time with his family. He plays beach volleyball, basketball, ice hockey and golf.and also enjoys skiing and dancing.
