The company Iron Mountain Czech Republic s.r.o. is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of A.L.C.Z. a.s. - one of the leading local providers of the following services - management, storage and archiving of records and documents.
A.L.C.Z. operates 3 commercial registry in Prague and Central Bohemia and during its existence has managed to establish cooperation with more than 400 customers.
This acquisition is in line with Iron Mountain strategy to expand its geographic reach to existing and new markets and consolidate the leading position in the industry.
Iron Mountain and its predecessors are present in the Czech Republic since 1996.
