An update and adjustment of T-Mobile’s systems is scheduled to take place from 8:00 pm on Friday, 24 October 2014, until the morning on Monday, 27 October 2014. These measures are related to the first wave of the transition to the new customer relationship management system (CRM). This is a fundamental and necessary technological change that will help improve customer-service processes and will facilitate the implementation of new services. The operator is informing its customers of the necessary shutdown of certain services in advance and apologises for any inconvenience caused as a result.
T-Mobile’s existing services, including calls, text messages and data services, will continue to be available without limitations. However, during the shutdown it will unfortunately not be possible to accept and implement customer requests, such as activation of new services or changes to service settings, including through the My T-Mobile self-service platform. The Customer Centre will be open, but also with limited operation. The Customer Centre assistants will be able to provide only basic information and process only basic requests, such as card blocking due to loss or theft. The shutdown will also affect Kaktus customers and clients using the services of virtual operators in the T-Mobile network (GTS, Mobil.cz, RWE mobil and PRE mobil).
The operator is therefore requesting that customers change their service settings in advance or activate the services they wish to use in the period between 24 and 27 October, particularly national or roaming data bundles and voice add-ons.
