Baar Residential Park, a development by PASSERINVEST GROUP, receives Readers' Choice prize at the 15th annual Best of Realty awards

The winners of the prestigious 2013 Best of Realty at the Czech National Bank Congress Centre in Prague. One of the 16 projects that were nominated in the Residential Projects category was Baar Residential Park.
Baar Residential Park, which advanced to the finals in the overall Residential Projects category as one of the top four short-listed projects, took home the winner's trophy in the Readers' Choice category during the gala evening. Mr. Václav Černý, Baar Residential Park's business manager, and Ing. arch. Jan Hřebíček of CMC Architects accepted the award from Mgr. Jana Hrabětová, the competition director.
