CTP wins Best of Realty for FEI Technology Centre

CTP is proud to announce winning 1st place in the industrial category at the 16th annual Best of Realty awards for the recently completed FEI Technology Centre at CTPark Brno. The jury, which consisted of representatives of the Association for Real Estate Market Development, market research agencies, developers, real estate brokers, bankers and architects awarded the prize due to the high quality standards, building design, as well for its meaningful complement to the overall concept in the award winning CTPark Brno.
The Brno branch of FEI, a world leader in the design and manufacture of electron microscopes, operates an R&D and assembly facility in the newly built, landscaped campus-like premises. The company currently employs 500 staff and plans to grow up to 1,200 employees.
