Eduard Forejt appointed Business Development Director

Eduard Forejt has recently been promoted to Business Development Director at JLL where he will continue to focus primarily on identifying and securing business opportunities for the Office Leasing teams (Office Agency and Tenant Representation) whilst keeping a close relationship with existing office leasing clients and continuing his CRM role with his clients. Part of Eduard’s additional responsibilities will be to strengthen the cross selling activities in the Czech Republic.
Eduard joined JLL in 2005 as a Senior Negotiator with over 6 years’ experience in real estate. By 2007, he became Head of Office Agency. Prior to that, he worked for King Sturge and ČSOB. As an agent and advisor, Eduard was responsible for the marketing and leasing activities of various projects in Prague and cooperated with both developers and tenants, advising them on leasing and development activities.
Eduard acted on behalf of developers such as Erste Group Immorent CR, Karimpol, J&T Real Estate and Lighthouse Group, among others. Eduard has also secured new headquarters (owner occupier transactions) for blue chip clients such as PPF Investments, Kooperativa pojišťovna, Bauer Media and Uniqa pojišťovna. In addition, he has assisted clients such as DHL Express CZ, Novartis, Import Volkswagen Group, České Dráhy Cargo, Unipetrol Benzina, Allianz pojišťovna, Natland Group, Home Credit and others,in their search for new premises.
Eduard divides his free time between his family and his hobbies, which include playing and listening to music, riding his Harley Davidson and hunting.
