ManpowerGroup announced the results of the 11th edition of their annual survey - Lack of people with the required profile, which focuses on filling of specific positions by suitable candidates and also monitors what measures are taken by companies in order to succeed in the labor market.
The survey was conducted as part of the regular quarterly survey ManpowerGroup labor market index and employers were asked the following questions:
How difficult it is for you to fill vacant positions?
Which positions are the most difficult to fill by a suitable candidate?
What are the most common reasons for difficulty with filling job positions?
What strategies do you use to overcome these problems?
30% of Czech employers have a problem with the cast of vacancies due to lack of suitable candidates
