On December 21, 2023, the current shareholders of SWS a.s. entered into a framework agreement with ALSO Holding AG, a major Swiss technology company, for the transfer of 100% of the shares of SWS a.s. to the Swiss buyer.
The transfer itself is subject to the fulfilment of standard legal requirements. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first half of this year. It also includes the subsidiaries Entec Solutions a.s. and SWS International s.r.o. in Slovakia.

Bořivoj Líbal and Marek Poloni from the international law firm Eversheds Sutherland were responsible for the legal aspects of the transaction.
