The international law firm Eversheds Sutherland welcomes lawyer Šárka Kuchařová, who will provide legal advice in the field of employment law.
Šárka previously worked at the law firm of Březina Mařík a partneři and as an independent lawyer. In her practice, she focuses on the preparation of standard employment law acts, the GDPR agenda, contract law, legal support in drawing on Covid support programmes, trademark law and representation in judicial proceedings.
Šárka graduated from the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague. She also studied at University of Antwerp. Apart from Czech she speaks English.
