Lawyers from Taylor Wessing Czech Republic assisted the Austrian company S + B Gruppe AG in the process of selling the Trimaran / City Element in Pankrác (Prague 4). According to experts, it was among the largest domestic real estate deals last year. S + B Gruppe AG, a private developer with offices in Vienna, Prague, Bucharest and Warsaw, has been implementing complex projects for over 30 years, working in the real estate sector as an investor and general contractor.
Taylor Wessing attorneys provided the seller with counsel and legal assistance throughout the due diligence, contract preparation and negotiation process. In total, their support lasted for six months.
The team of experienced attorneys was led by Erwin Hanslik, managing partner of Taylor Wessing Czech Republic; Markéta Cvrčková, a partner; and Adéla Kučerová, an associate. Altogether six representatives of the law firm participated in the process.
