Attorneys Michal Švec and Zbyšek Kordač registered on the list of arbitrators of the National Court of Arbitration for Sport

Attorneys Michal Švec and Zbyšek Kordač have been elected by the Board of the National Court of Arbitration for Sport as arbitrators of the newly established National Court of Arbitration for Sport ("NCAS"), which mainly arbitrates disputes related to doping in the Czech Republic.
Michal Švec commented: “I greatly appreciate both the nomination of the Czech Federation of OKINAWA KARATE AND KOBUDO, z.s. for the position of NRSS arbitrator and the election itself, which I perceive not only as an appreciation of my legal practice to date, but especially for the smooth transition from the role of an athlete actively participating in top sporting events to the role of an arbitrator and thus de facto guarantor of a fair environment in the field of doping in sport."
