Bird & Bird law firm significantly strengthens intellectual property team

As of this May, the Czech Bird & Bird Intellectual Property team has been strengthened by two senior associates - Kateřina Floriánová and Denisa Švecová.
Both Kateřina and Denisa each have more than 15 years' experience in the area of intellectual property law, its protection and commercial use, with a focus on trademark-related issues. Their experience further includes legal advice on matters concerning unfair competition.
Denisa is a member of the Licensing Executives Society and acts as Secretary of the Board of the LES Czech Republic and Slovakia. She works in Czech, Slovak and English.
Kateřina was highly ranked among trade mark professionals by the World Trademark Review in 2019. She provides legal advice in Czech and English.
Before joining Bird & Bird, both worked at the Czech law and patent office Čermák a spol.
